2nd International Workshop on Graphene and C3N4-based Photocatalysts

2nd International Workshop on Graphene and C3N4-based Photocatalysts (IWGCP2) is a series international conference covering a unique blend of topics related to graphene, C3N4 and two-dimensional layered photocatalysts and their energy and environmental applications. The IWGCP2 conference will be held in Wuhan, China, March 24-27, 2017. This meeting serves as an inspiring forum for discussion of interdisciplinary research from around the world through a variety of formats, including plenary, keynote, invited and oral presentations, poster sessions, and exhibition of photocatalytic products.


The main topics of this Workshop include but are not limited to:

Prospective authors are invited to present their latest results in all of the areas of graphene, g-C3N4 and 2D layered materials for photocatalysis. Abstracts will be reviewed by the scientific committee. Final abstracts will be published in the conference program.

Paper Publication

ü The participants may submit their manuscripts for publication in a special issue of Applied Surface Science, which will be peer reviewed according to the normal review practices of this journal. The full paper submission is now available (Choose Article Type SI: IWGCP2 photocatalysis). The format of the manuscripts is the same as that used for submissions to Applied Surface Science.

ü Note that only full research papers or review papers of high quality can be accepted.

ü Date when EES is ready to receive submissions for this conference special issue: 1 January, 2017

ü In order to facilitate a timely publication schedule, the deadline for all papers to be submitted via EES is 20 May, 2017, and the final decisions about acceptance of the submitted manuscripts will be made before 1 August, 2017.
