鄢永高

鄢永高,男,1980年7月生,2004年起从事高性能热电材料的研究,2007年获得材料学工学博士学位后留校工作。2009年7月至2012年7月在美国国家标准与技术局(NIST)从事博士后研究,由于在组合薄膜(combinatorial film)的制备和表征方面取得的成绩,获得美国商务部颁发的2013年“杰出客座研究人员”奖,并在2013年第32届国际热电学术大会上做特邀报告。现为武汉理工大学材料复合新技术国家重点实验室副研究员,主要研究方向和领域为中温热电材料及其器件的制备以及组合方法在热电材料研究中的应用。至今在SCI收录期刊上发表论文30多篇,授权发明专利1项。作为项目负责人承担了863专项“高性能填充方钴矿材料及器件的研究与开发”子课题的研究,主要负责高性能p型方钴矿热电材料的开发工作,作为主要研究人员参与了“973”课题和科技部国际合作项目等的研究工作。
