童金辉

童金辉 研究员 博士生导师 

童金辉,研究员 博士生导师。近年来,主要开展钙钛矿叠层太阳能电池的研究工作,曾在美国能源部(DOE)多个核心重大项目(例如,De-risking Halide Perovskite Solar Cells)的资助下,针对全钙钛矿叠层太阳能电池效率低、稳定性差的问题开展科学研究和技术攻关,并取得了一系列重要成果。(1)首次报道载流子寿命超过1微秒的锡铅窄带隙钙钛矿(Science 2019, 364, 475–479);(2)首次报道经过第三方认证开路电压超过2.1 伏的全钙钛矿叠层太阳能电池(Nature Energy 2022, 7, 642-651)。近5年,以第一作者(含共同一作)或通讯作者发表Science 1篇,Nature 1篇,Nature Energy 1篇,Nature Photonics 1篇。
